By enrolling in a First Academy programme, booking a session, or using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Enrolment and fees

• Fees are communicated during enrolment and are payable before classes begin.
• Fees are non-transferable to another person unless pre-approved in writing.
• Batch start dates, timings, and trainer allocation may change with reasonable notice; equivalent alternatives will be offered.

2. Refunds and cancellations

• Refunds, if any, follow the specific programme's refund policy shared at enrolment.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to info@firstacademy.in.

3. Attendance and conduct

• Students are expected to attend sessions, complete assigned practice, and submit work on time for personalised corrections.
• Disruptive behaviour, academic dishonesty, or misuse of study material may result in withdrawal without refund.

4. Content and intellectual property

All study material, recordings, and written content produced by First Academy are copyrighted. Reproduction, redistribution, or public sharing without written permission is prohibited.

5. Results and outcomes

While our trainers prepare every student to the best of their ability, outcomes depend on individual effort, attendance, and practice. No specific score, admission, or visa outcome is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

6. Use of the website

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape the site automatically, or use it in a way that disrupts service.
• External links on this site are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.

7. Liability

First Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
